WHAT IS OZONE?
Ozone is a naturally occurring gas created from oxygen atoms. The oxygen molecule normally consists of 2 oxygen atoms. Ozone on the other hand is an unstable gas comprising three at-oms of oxygen. It is unstable because the gas will readily degrade back to its stable state, O2 with the third oxygen molecule becoming a free oxygen atom or free radical. The free oxygen atoms or radicals are highly reactive and are intended to target and effect inanimate materials such as:
